Drop in every Wednesday starting at 3 PM to try out our NEW Virtual Reality! Travel the world, meditate, or just have fun. Our new VR is evidence-based and proven to help fight PTSD and depression, overcome phobias, and help develop healthy coping skills!

VR also helps by creating realistic environments that simulate triggers, cravings, and situations associated with addiction.
