Experience Inner Peace, Creativity, and Self-Discovery!

Join us on Saturday, May 24th for a Mindful Mandala Workshop from 9AM - 12PM. Create your own Mandala while learning about and experiencing the attitudes of mindfulness.

Additionally, you will enjoy a mindful movement practice and a restorative rest session enhanced by sound medicine. No prior yoga experience is required.
