Pilates & Strength for Women

Have you been thinking about strengthening your body but feel intimidated by weights, machines, and all the things? You’re not alone—and this class was created just for you.

Join us for a supportive, all-women's class designed to gently introduce strength-building exercises and techniques. Led by a phenomenal instructor, you’ll receive knowledgeable guidance, build confidence, and learn skills that support both your strength and overall well-being.

All equipment is provided. Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. The first half of the class is Pilates-based, helping you connect with your body and build a strong foundation. The second half transitions into our gym, where you’ll learn how to confidently use strength machines and equipment.
